We offer beginning and continuing study classes in the moving meditation of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. Translated from the Chinese as the "Grand Ultimate" T'ai Chi practice can improve your health and sense of well-being. Recent studies have shown that regular T'ai Chi participation can improve balance, the auto-immune system, mental focus and relieve stress.

The form we practice is William C.C. Chen's Yang Short Form. Our classes include studies of the individual postures, concepts of meditation and body mechanics, partner practice ( push hands ), and applications of the form.
